Our power washer sprays water at 4,000 PSI. This much force will remove any kind of mildew and/or dirt on siding, concrete, stone, decks, bricks, etc. It will also remove the black and gray fading on decks and concrete. After power washing a deck, we recommended applying stain or water proofer. We use a two pronged approach to power washing. We do not just blast off dirt and mildew we use a special outdoor detergent that kills mold and mildew and disolves tough stains. This process helps prevent the return of unsightly mold and mildew.
